RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Please email info@aplacetoshop.co.za.

We accept returns that meet the following criteria:

• The item was bought at our store at 64 Main Road, Walmer, Gqeberha, or online at www.aplacetoshop.co.za.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, with swing tags attached and in its original condition. We can't accept items that have been altered by laundering or care.
• Returned items are inspected on arrival, and the return is processed once we're happy with the condition of the item. If a garment arrives in an unsuitable state, we may need to send it back to you.
• It is the customer's responsibility to return the item with a reliable courier, at the customer's cost. If the parcel is lost in transit, we can't process the return or refund. We can arrange a courier on request; please mention this in your email.
• Refunds can take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account. We may refuse a return if the item is damaged, not in a resaleable condition or missing any accessories.
• If you're exchanging for a different size, the courier fees for the return and for sending the replacement are for your account. Please check the size chart above to avoid this where possible.
