We take every effort to market our gifts online using detailed descriptions and the best images available, to give you a good sense of what the products look like and of their quality. However, we do understand that sometimes this can be left up to interpretation and on the odd occasion that you are unhappy with your purchase, we understand that you might wish to return it in exchange for a full refund or for an online or in-store voucher for future purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â

Please Note:
* Products may be returned for exchange, refund or online credit within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that the merchandise is unused, unworn and undamaged and is returned in its original condition with swingtags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
* If you are returning item(s) for a refund, or online credit, please note this will be processed once your item(s) have been received by us, and assessed by our quality control team.
* Due to the rising costs in courier fees across South Africa, we unfortunately cannot offer a free returns/collections policy but you are more than welcome to use your own courier to send your returns and/or exchanges to us. Our returns address is :

* Should you prefer for us to handle logistics of your exchange we will arrange collection from your door. Once your item(s) have been received by us, our quality control team will inspect and assess the returned goods. Refunds and vouchers will exclude all delivery fees incurred by us on the return delivery.
* If we accidentally deliver the wrong item to you, please contact us immediately on info@aplacetoshop.co.za We will require pictures of the incorrect product(s) received and proof of your order or receipt, complete with order number so that we may look in to the matter. Once the potential error has been assessed and deemed incorrect, we will either arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) and delivery of the correct item(s) at no cost to you.
* Should the item(s) you receive be damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on info@aplacetoshop.co.za. In the case of damaged goods received, please send images of the outer packaging (courier box) and the damaged product(s) so that our dispatch department can assess the reason for the damage and approve the replacement of the damaged item(s). Once approved, we will arrange to collect the damaged item(s) from you at no charge to you. Depending on your preference, we will arrange to either:
(1) send a replacement of such item(s), subject to stock availability,
(2) issue a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s) purchased as per your order placed or
(3) issue a voucher for future purchase to the value of the damaged item(s) purchased as per your order placed
